2021-22 Self-Employed Allowance & Tax

The self-employed personal allowance has remained at £12,500 for the last two years. This is increasing from £12,500 to £12,570 for 2021/22.
Basic-rate personal allowance - £12,570
higher rate – £50,270
Changes to the basic rate limit, and higher rate threshold, will apply to non-savings, non-dividend income in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and to savings and dividend income in the UK.
